IBDS Corp has been serving the needs of businesses over 15 years.  Robert Britt, Jonathan Delbruck and Juergen Hoehne  began selling niche technology in 1992 at the request of Emulex's top two international 1991 customers, 3D and Transtec AG. 

The first global success was in SCSI Storage and the workstation memory market for Camintonn, then SUN  S-Bus Cards and PCI for SUN Workstations products for Antares Microsystems - setting up and managing the global sales channel - as sales went from $300,000 to over $2,100,000.  Thereafter we worked with the public company called Performance Technologies  www.pt.com where we setup and managed large OEM telecom accounts in Asia and Latin America.

2009    Whiptail Signs Reseller Agreement 

            IBDS is contracted for global channel setup and partner management from MerlinVMEAstekcorp and Xembedded.

            Partnership with RedRock Technologies for Global Export

            Partnership with Hardcore Computing - gets Fujitsu Germany Interested in Private Labeling Immediately.

            Moderntech sales training with offices including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong.

            NLS Displays partners with IBDS for  European Sales

           Xembedded chooses IBDS for Mountain States - Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada.

           Xembedded chooses IBDS to cover Europe & North Africa

           Paralan annouces Paralanstore - focus on Industrial boards and selected W&TIpcas Applications.

2008   Paralan re-news exclusive global representative agreement, covering account management.

2007   Siemens OEM design win for legacy SCSI Converters generates $300,000.

2006    CM Computer contracts IBDS to cover the Western USA.
            Consulting S. American Market Study for major Satcom equipment/software company, covering Ku, Ka, X, S Bands. 

2005   Macrolink won 22 major international programs.

2004   Consulting; Disposable Device – approved in Austria and UK, doctors can prescribe them.

2003    Consulting; Marketing and Consulting for 3 factories in Brazil: Salt, Textiles and Rope.  Achieved market penetration and approved factories as vendors to Home Depot and West Marine. 

             ConsultingMedical Disposable Device – project to get non-authorized disposable device.  Obtained Regulatory Approval without any fees in the UK and Austrian Markets.

2001     Macrolink – manufacture of rugged workstations,  ATR chassis, and T1/E1 telecom CPU boards with custom software – signs a consulting and sales agreement with IBDS to launch them worldwide. 

             Voiceboard – telecom software (SS7), DSP and hardware modules IBDS achieves design wins at Siemens / Nokia and Boeing.  Covering: Radio Controllers & VOIP Gateways.


1999   Telecom design wins for PTI – include: Samsung Korea, Marubun Japan, Nissin Japan, Thales and NEC Brazil, Argentina, Telebras, Telnet Australia on multiple mobile applications.

1997   Paralan receives 1st $1,000,000+ OEM call off order for semi-custom product.

           Performance Technology Inc.; PTIX – signs up IBDS for Asia & Latin Sales. Covering SS7, WAN- LAN, SS7-IP, Application ready platforms and support and deployment services.  

            Antares SUN S-Bus Peripheral manufacturer takes international sales of $2.1 million internal. 

1996    Antares Microsystems  hires Juergen Hoehne for company turnaround, resulting in sales increasing over 120% for the year.  

1995     Consulting; Switching Product via SCSI and Fibre Channel - TD Systems contracts IBDS for marketing and worldwide sales setup & distributor qualification.

1994   SCSI Converters – Paralan changes worldwide sales agreement to exclusive, outsourcing the international sales department.

           Workstation Peripheral Board Manufacturer – Antares – signs exclusive international sales agreement with IBDS to setup worldwide sales channel, train and manage distribution. 

           Consulting;   European Distributor - Forum GmbH – logistics review, saved $180,000 annually. 

1993     SCSI Converters, Extenders – Paralan - signs non-exclusive sales rep and consulting agreement.

             Workstation Memory - Camintonn  signed non-exclusive worldwide sales agreement

             CMD Technology – became reseller for into top European Customers

             Consulting: Forum GmbH tasks team to review worldwide imports of software & hardware, result: reduced costs by $180,000 annually.

1992   Consulting; Application for Weapons Class Bonded Warehouse for freight forward at LAX.
